Description Guest Instructor, former NHL player Adam Pardy will teach the mechanics of defensive skills and how to apply these abilities in game situations. Designed for defensemen and offensive playing forwards aspiring to develop gap control, positioning, angling and transition to offense. Participants will receive training on defensive tactics, quick transition skills, game understanding and awareness, and the ability to play both defense and offense. This is a half day program designed specifically for older, more advanced players.

Group 1 U13 – 2012 & 2011
Group 2 U15 – 2010 & 2009
Camp Format:
2.5 Hours On Ice Training (12.5 Hours Total)
Location: Glacier, Mount Pearl
