Description

Advanced Defensemen

For more advanced players that have mastered the essentials of defense and are ready to take their defensive game to the next level. This camp will be fast-paced with quick movement and thinking. We will teach how to create scoring opportunities, defend your end, and provide the confidence to skate with the puck and be part of the rush. Being an offensive defender is a key component, they can breakup the play and turn it around.

Included Essentials:
Gap control, positioning, angling, 1-V-1, 2-V-1, transitioning to offence, stick positioning, zone coverage, puck protection
U13 (2014,2013)
U15 (2012,2011)

Format

Half Day Program:
Players will receive 2.5 hours of on-ice instruction daily. They will be grouped by age and ability allowing them to train at the highest calibre. 2.5 Hours on-ice Daily
Total: 12.5 HRS
